Sprague
SPOKANE, Wash. – Sprague Pest Solutions has promoted Jessie Peltier, A.C.E., to the role of operations manager at the Spokane, Wash., branch.
Peltier joined Sprague in 2020 and has since taken on key leadership roles within the Spokane branch, including branch trainer and safety captain, said Sprague. He also serves on Sprague’s newly formed Belonging Committee, which is dedicated to fostering a culture of inclusivity and belonging across the organization, said the company.
Peltier has earned top quality assurance rankings and achieved his Associate Certified Entomologist (A.C.E.) credential this past July, said Sprague. He also holds AIB Food Safety and OSHA 10 certifications.
Before joining Sprague, Peltier retired from the United States Navy after 20 years of service, followed by two additional years of service as a civilian-contracted pharmacist. Peltier entered the pest management industry in 2016, working as a residential technician before joining Sprague.
“Jessie has been the kind of person who lifts up the people around him,” said Jeremy Lesser, district manager at Sprague. “Before stepping into his new role, he was already coaching his team members, sharing knowledge and helping our team succeed. His motivation to grow is exactly what will make him successful.”
As operations manager, Peltier will oversee branch performance, team development and client partnerships across eastern Washington and northwestern Montana.
