Sprague
DENVER – Sprague Pest Solutions has promoted Adam Philp to the role of operations manager at their Denver, Colo., branch. Philp becomes the second operational leader for the branch alongside Michael Franks. In this role, Philp will support clients and team members in south Colorado, strengthening the leadership at one of Sprague’s largest service territories, said the company.
Philp joined Sprague in 2022 and quickly stood out for his technical expertise, leadership skills and commitment to client success, said the company.
Philp brings over nine years of experience in facilities and soft services management, with a background in compliance and process improvement. He has familiarity in leading large teams and his troubleshooting expertise make him a natural hit of this new role, said Sprague.
“Adam has been a tremendous asset to our team since the day that he joined,” said Kolbin Bertilson, regional manager overseeing Colorado, Arizona and Southern California. “He leads with integrity, supports his colleagues and builds strong relationships with clients. I’m excited to see the positive impact he’ll continue to make as we grow across the state.”
With this new role, Philp will help guide branch operations, support team development and continue Sprague's mission by delivering pest management solutions to clients across Colorado, the company said.
