Sprague
TACOMA, Wash. – Sprague Pest Solutions announced the appointment of Taylor Olsson to executive business partner and Martha Branch, ACE, to quality assurance manager.
In her new role, Olsson will serve as a strategic partner to Sprague CEO and President Ross Treleven, helping strengthen alignment across departments while supporting the execution of key business priorities. Olsson will also help reinforce accountability and follow-through by keeping priorities clear, teams aligned and key initiatives advancing, Sprague said.
Branch will lead Sprague’s quality assurance team, which operates as a fully independent function. As QA manager, Branch will oversee audits of pest management services at client sites, maintain inspection and compliance documentation, and partner closely with Sprague’s operation and technical teams to ensure service quality and consistency across the organization, the company said.
In addition to overseeing audits, Branch will drive improvement across QA processes and documentation, including enhancements and updates to Sprague’s Online Logbook, the company said. She will also lead QA documentation updates and work to improve the usability of audit data.
“These promotions reflect Sprague’s investment in leadership that strengthens collaboration and service quality at every level,” said Ross Treleven, CEO & president of Sprague. “Taylor and Martha will play critical roles in supporting our long-term growth strategies and ensuring we continue delivering the high standards our customer expect.”
