TACOMA, Wash. – Sprague Pest Solutions recognized a milestone for Jessie Peltier, a route manager in Spokane, Wash., who earned his Associate Certified Entomologist (ACE) certification, and Henry Villaire in Sacramento, Calif., being promoted to operations manager.

Peltier joined Sprague in 2020 and has become a leader amongst his team. In 2025, he was honored for achieving Sprague’s Top 10% Technician award at Sprague’s annual Super Meeting. In the same year, he became the branch trainer for the Spokane team.

Peltier has more than 10 years of pest control experience and a decade of prior service in the U.S. Navy as a pharmacy technician.

The ACE certification is a credential that reflect deeps entomological knowledge and real-world application in the field, the company said. With Peltier’s accomplishment, 15% of Sprague’s operations team now hold advanced pest control certifications.

Sprague has promoted Henry Villaire to operations manager in Sacramento, Calif.  Villaire joined Sprague early last year with over 30 years of experience and quickly advanced to be the branch’s lead trainer in April 2025.

In his new role, he will lead day-to-day operations, support technician performance and ensure quality standards remain high across the region. 

“Jessie and Henry embody Sprague’s value to never stop learning and growing,” said Shane Hartnett, director of operations. “These milestones reflect the caliber of talent at Sprague, and it is exciting to see two hard-working individuals see the recognition they deserve.”
