Sureguard Termite & Pest Services Acquires First Mark Pest Control

DALLAS - Dallas-based Sureguard Termite & Pest Services announced the merger and acquisition of First Mark Pest Control, a family-owned company serving the DFW area.

“We are excited to be able to service the First Mark customers and provide them with the personalized services that they are accustomed to. We can also provide them with additional services that were not previously available by First Mark,” said Mike Houston, president of Sureguard Termite & Pest Services  

Jessy Frasier a second generation PCO was happy to find a family-owned company to transition all its customers. Frasier, owner of First Mark, said, “My dad started in pest control around 1994. I went with Sureguard because they seemed to have the same values and concerns about customer service and care as my dad had instilled in me. The merger was much easier and quicker than I imagined. I assumed the transition would take months to complete and we were done in just a couple days.”
