DALLAS - Sureguard Termite & Pest Services announced the merger and acquisition of Premier Pest Control of Dallas, a family-owned company serving the Dallas area.
“We are excited to be able to service the Premier customers and provide them with the personalized services that they are accustomed to. We also provide additional services that were not previously available by Premier.” said Mike Houston, president of Sureguard Termite & Pest Services.
Premier operated with more than 10 technicians and 3 office staff.
Houston and Jim Jeffrey, owner of Premier, originally spoke in 2019, then came COVID-19 and all the uncertainties. Jeffrey decided at that time he wanted to wait to look at exiting the business.
Communicating a few times over the years, Jeffrey was ready to talk. As part of Sureguards streamlined process, after the two spoke, Jeffrey got the information requested, terms were reached and the sale was completed a few weeks later.
Sureguard Termite & Pest Services is a third-generation pest management company owned by the Houston Family; The Houston Family has been in the pest control industry since 1967. Premier is the 21st acquisition since 2015.
