Syngenta Announces Winner of Golf Sweepstakes

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Gina Savino, an employee of Lennar Homes in Florida, was the lucky winner of the grand prize trip for two to the 2006 British Open, following a drawing after the International Builders’ Show (IBS) in Orlando. The prize was given by Syngenta, manufacturer of IMPASSE® Termite Blocker.

More than 100,000 building industry professionals attended IBS, and visitors to the IMPASSE Termite Blocker booth were entered to win a trip for two to the 2006 British Open in July. The winner was randomly selected after the show.

“We are pleased with the level of interest in IMPASSE Termite Blocker at IBS this year,” said Mike Tweedy, marketing manager of termite control products, Syngenta. “Builders are embracing IMPASSE and the need to install long-term termite protection before the home is built. This giveaway added some additional excitement to the booth and helped in our efforts to raise awareness among builders about the depth of the termite problem.”

Savino, regional director of Associate Training at Lennar Homes, Clearwater, Fla., will attend the 2006 British Open from July 20 – 23 at the Royal Liverpool Golf Club in Hoylake, Liverpool, England.
