Both online and traditional marketing campaigns drive people to IMPASSE.com, so refreshing the site with information that is practical for customers buying new homes, homebuilders and PMPs was the driving force in updating the site.
Newly-designed, interactive features demonstrate how IMPASSE protects utility penetrations, making the Web site experience informative and engaging – with termite facts, photos, and customized information. The site redesign allows easier navigation and uses graphics and visuals to work with the text for a clearer picture of IMPASSE.
Visitors can search for an IMPASSE-authorized pest management professional by zip code; read over the frequently asked questions for information about termites and termite control; visit the media room for the latest press releases; access the photo library; and click on links to both the pest management and construction industries.
Registration on the site allows users to receive e-mail updates on new Web content and images. The Web site will continue to expand with new product and industry information that will be geared toward targeted audiences.
“Our goal was to provide a more interactive and dynamic site so that visitors can find information easily and efficiently.” said Linda Frerichs, senior communications manager, Syngenta. “Accessible information is key when discussing termites and the damage they can cause.”
