GREENSBORO, N.C. — Syngenta announced that Jeff Wells, vice president of Advance Termite and Pest Control in Hutchinson, Kan., is the winner of its Demand G “Get Active” promotion. Wells received a matching pair of Trek mountain bikes courtesy of Syngenta.
Jeff Wells was randomly selected from a list of qualified contestants who entered through direct mail response card or online. Each entrant will receive a free EarthWay hand-operated spreader for easier granule pest control applications.
“Just before I found out I won the contest, my wife said that she wished she had married someone who was willing to be more active with her,” said Wells. “We just moved into a neighborhood that has bike trails and all sorts of outdoor activities. I guess this was my sign that my wife is not the only one who wants me to get more active.”
