Pest Control Insulation recently promoted Brandon Ansley to president, Jay Mancin to chief operations officer and chief financial officer, and Rick Harris to VP of sales and marketing. These promotions took effect upon the recent corporate re-organization in which the company changed its legal name from Pest Control Insulation Systems to Pest Control Insulation, LLC.
Ansley’s strong legal and business background will help foster continued growth and success for PCI. He has been instrumental to the company in developing and maintaining solid business relationships over the past several years as well as overseeing the re-organization of the company to be able to better serve its customers.
Mancin continues his successful management of the financial and operational elements of the company, including all distribution, cost, and product issues. Since joining the T•A•P team in 2001, his diligent efforts and tireless work ethic have contributed significantly to PCI’s long-term success.
Harris will be taking charge of all inside and outside sales representatives at PCI. Rick’s many years of experience working in the pest control industry and proven success in offering T•A•P as an ancillary service give him a unique insight into the opportunities and day to day challenges facing today’s PMPs.
Bill Turk will remain in his current position of Chief Executive Officer and John Elliot will remain Technical Director.
