SANTA FE SPRINGS, Calif. – Target Specialty Products and B&G Chemicals and Equipment Co. announced plans to enter into a joint venture.
Tom Wright, president of B&G since 1991, will continue directing B&G operations as regional manager, and the company will continue under the B&G name.
“This is a great opportunity for B&G to partner with one of our best allies and friends in the specialty distribution business,” Wright said. “It is very good news for our customers, employees and suppliers.”
B&G and Target are leading regional distributors of professional pest control products, equipment and services. Under the partnership, both parties will continue a tradition of quality and service that commenced in 1950 when Clayton Wright founded B&G.
“We welcome the opportunity to work with an organization as fine and trusted as B&G. We hold a shared philosophy of delivering value to our customers, employees, suppliers, and the communities we serve,” said Target President Lon Records.
