This webinar will review the current FAA rules and regulations for piloting and operating an unmanned aircraft system (UAS) in public agency operations as well as create clarity on the Department of Defense (DoD) Blue sUAS list, recently adopted by the State of Florida. The speaker will be Bill Reynolds, the recipient of the first FAA authorized 333 Exemption combined with an FAA Part 137 Certificate for the use of unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) for aerial imagery and aerial applications over agricultural products. Reynolds provides tremendous knowledge and experience with safety as a priority - having treated tens of thousands of acres with the PrecisionVision UAS aerial application systems. At Leading Edge Aerial Technologies, Bill and his team have utilized UAS for vector control larviciding and adulticiding, noxious weed, fire ant bait, algicides, fungicide, insecticides, seeding, and numerous other applications.
