Tanksley Joins Target Specialty Products

SANTA FE SPRINGS, Calif. – Target Specialty Products announced the addition of  Wes Tanksley as the new territory manager serving the professional pest management market in Austin and San Antonio, Texas. 

Tanksley has extensive experience in the pest control industry. Since 2006, he was a field supervisor for his family’s business, Pinpoint Pest Control, in Oceanside, Calif.  As a field supervisor, he managed technicians throughout the company as well as his own route located in north San Diego County.  In this capacity, he was responsible for developing new business, as well as specialized pest exclusion programs, and managing the company’s fleet.  Before he became a field supervisor, he served the company for five years as a field technician.

“We are happy to introduce Wes as the territory manager for the south-central Texas region,” said Dean Osborn, business manager for Target’s central region.  “He was a valued customer for many years and his industry experience makes him a real asset to our pest management team.”   

He will soon complete a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biblical Studies from San Diego Christian College in San Diego, California.  He is an active member of the Texas Pest Control Association.
