CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Team Pest USA announced the recent acquisition of Georgia-based D & D Pest Control Services.
D & D pest control was established in 1994 by Daryl Fultz and Dwayne Fox.
Brandon Pelfrey, CEO of Team Pest USA, said, “The Team Pest USA family is proud to welcome the customers and employees from D & D Pest Control. We are excited about the expansion into the Augusta, Georgia and Aiken, South Carolina pest control markets.”
This is Team Pest USA’s first ever acquisition of another company allowing for Pest USA to expand in the Southeast. This acquisition sets the stage for Pelfrey’s quest to grow Team Pest USA into one of the largest family-owned pest control companies in the southeast, the company reports.
