CORONA, Calif. — Team Too Termite & Pest Control announced that it has opened a new office in San Jose, Calif., to serve the greater San Francisco Bay Area.

The offices provides the Corona, Calif.-based company with its first office in Northern California. It is situated in the ideal central San Jose area close to the major freeways. Ryan Brawley will serve as region manager.

William Houtchens, president of Team Too said, “The new office gives us the ability to provide our customers who are based in Northern California the ability to utilize the high quality of services we have become known for. With the leadership of Ryan Brawley as the new Regional Manager and the new location we have high expectations for our growth in the Northern California Market.”

Brawley began his career with Team Too as a field service technician in July of 2002 and has worked within the pest management and termite departments with Team Too since starting.

While in the pest management division he excelled on his route territory and exceeded production goals by 12 to 15 percent each month. During his tenure in the termite department he was appointed crew leader after only one month and ran Team Too’s Heat Blast® treatment program. Recently in June of 2007 he was appointed termite department manager at Team Too’s corporate office.

Houtchens stated, “Ryan has been an essential team player, he was motivated to learn all aspects of our business. Ryan has continually proven himself as a leader and when looking at candidates for the position of Regional Manager there was no doubt that he was the hands down choice.”

Chad Roberts

Team Too also announced that Chad Roberts has been appointed account manager at the company’s Corona headquaters.

Roberts began his career at Team Too Termite & Pest Control in June of 2007 after having worked for another local company for several years. His prior experience was in the termite division of his previous employer as a termite salesperson; however, due to the extreme slow down in the termite industry in California Roberts searched for alternative employment and was brought on at Team Too Termite & Pest Control as pest control department trainee.

“It was definitely an eye opener to have to start over again, but I fortunately found a great company that truly cares about their employees personal success as well as their own, we don’t even consider ourselves “employees” it is truly a family around here,” Roberts said.

Roberts spent the first 30 days of his employment with Team Too in their pest control training program and was licensed as a pest control technician in early July 2007. Once Roberts was licensed he was assigned to a route territory and quickly showed his ability to handle tough situations and excellent customer service skills.

Houtchens said, “Chad has come into his own in our pest management department. As we looked to expand our operations he came in almost every day asking how he could play a bigger part in our company, his enthusiasm and drive were clearly contagious with others.”
