MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Terminix acquired 19 pest management companies across 10 states in the second and third quarters of 2007.
Acquisitions occurred in Arkansas, Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Ohio, Oklahoma, Texas and Utah. Of the companies that joined Terminix in the second quarter, 11 are located in the Southeast, four in the Midwest, two on the West Coast and one each in the Southwest and Rocky Mountain region. Acquisitions included:

• Atlas Termite and Pest (Jonesboro, Ark.)
• Bravo Pest Control (Lawrenceville, Ga.)
• Halifax Spray Services (Daytona, Fla.)
• Ladybug’s Pest Control (Miami)
• Marco Island Pest Control (Naples, Fla.)
• Mayday Pest Control (Marietta, Ga.)
• Mountain West Pest Control (Salt Lake City, Utah)
• Olde Towne Pest Control (Sacramento, Calif.)
• Pest Patrol (Fort Worth, Texas)
• Sandal’s Pest Control (Sacramento, Calif.)
• Splat Pest Control (Houston)
• Terminix of Mohave County (Kingman, Ariz.)
• Trinity Pest Control (Cincinnati, Ohio)
