Terminix has acquired Neotec Pest Management and Neotec Pest Elimination, Kemp Anderson Consulting reported. The transactions, which strengthened Terminix's presence in Florida, closed on March 31,2020, and terms were not disclosed.
Neotec Pest Management and Neotec Pest Elimination are commercial pest control companies in Florida with geographic coverage on and below the I-4 corridor encompassing the majority of the state.
Bill McGrath began his career in the pest control industry in 1992 working for one of the larger worldwide commercial companies as a night service technician. Over the next ten years Bill was promoted several times, eventually overseeing commercial service operations for Central and Northeast Florida. In August 2001, Bill founded his own company serving both Central and Southeast Florida; building confidence with each customer through integrated pest management techniques, collaborating with onsite staff, on the principle that “Neotec’s reputation with our customers is as important as your reputation with yours”.
Neotec was represented by Kemp Anderson Consulting. Kemp Anderson said, “As a commercial pest control company covering a great deal of the Florida population, Neotec was unique to represent. Terminix and their acquisition team were extremely positive, efficient and great to work with as a buyer; and they acquired a great company.”
