The acquisitions included: Pittsburgh-based Pest Labs, Inc.; Mid-South Pest Control, Huntsville, Ala.: Dimark Pest Services, Savannah, Ga.; Browns Exterminating, Key West, Fla.; Glades Pest Control, Pahokee, Fla.; Roger’s Pest Control, Central Texas; Houston-based A-Tex Pest Control; Oklahoma City’s Grassroots Services; and STO Pest Control, Fresno, Calif.
