Terminix Announces Five Acquisitions

The newly acquired companies in California, Texas, Nebraska, Florida and Indiana means that in 2005 Terminix has acquired nearly 40 pest control providers in the U.S.

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Five pest management companies recently merged with Terminix.

The acquisitions include: Comet Termite Service in Southern Calif.; Mesquite Pest Management in Dallas; Pratt Pest Control in Omaha, Neb.; Melbourne, Fla.-based Quantum Pest Management; and Silver Creek Pest Control in Indianapolis.

During 2005, Terminix has acquired nearly 40 pest control providers in the United States.
