SANTA BARBARA, Calif. –Terminix announced the grand opening of its Santa Barbara branch, located at 6489 Calle Real, Unit C, in Goleta, Calif. While the company has had a presence in the area for some time, this new physical location will allow Terminix to build market share, expand its offerings to customers and lessen commute times for sales and service personnel.
“The reason Terminix decided to open the Santa Barbara branch was to put a local touch on an international company,” said Eric Graff, branch manager of the new Santa Barbara office. “Our foundation is based on providing the superior customer service of a small business, with the support, resources and reputation of the Terminix brand.”
Graff has worked in several service and management roles with Terminix since 2010. Graff will report to Kyle Quinn, Terminix Region Manager for Los Angeles.
In his new role, Graff’s day-to-day responsibilities include implementing the Santa Barbara branch business plan, managing and advancing pest control professionals, and maintaining store profitability. Graff oversees the Santa Barbara branch’s current staff of termite Inspector Kenneth Stubbs and pest control technician Gregory Sanchez, and plans to hire additional inspectors and technicians throughout the remainder of 2013.
