An unexpected player stole the show during Sunday's game at Lambeau Field – the squirrel that interrupted the third quarter, offering perhaps the most fun highlight during an otherwise disappointing game for Packers fans.
While the squirrel itself entertained Twitter, Terminix was more interested in the stadium staff’s attempt and failure to capture the disruptive rodent. The pest control company issued the following offer to help on Facebook yesterday:
“Quite the performance by the Lambeau Field squirrel yesterday! It’s not every day a varmint interrupts a big game, but what caught our attention was the net-wielding employee whose valiant attempt to capture the elusive squirrel was ultimately unsuccessful. We’d like to offer him the opportunity to job shadow some of the best squirrel capturers in the country at Terminix. If you know (or are) this young man, give us a call and we’ll set up free ride-alongs and training sessions before the next home game on Dec. 4.”
