Terminix Made Twelve First Quarter Acquisitions

Terminix acquired 12 pest management companies across seven states and two countries during the first quarter of 2007.

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — In order to reach new customers and enhance its North American presence, Terminix acquired 12 pest management companies across seven states and two countries during the first quarter of 2007.  
 
First quarter acquisitions included:

·        Cantrell Exterminating (Dallas)

·        Florida Bug Investigators (Sarasota, Fla.)

·        Freedom Termite and Pest Control (Snellville, Ga.)

·        Home Pest Control (Huntsville, Ala.)

·        Integrity Pest Control (Seattle)

·        Jimmie “The Bugman” Pest Control (Lake Charles, La.)

·        Mighty National (Tucson, Ariz.)

·        Lawn and Pest Pros (Tampa)

·        Oikon Control de Plagas SA de CV (Five locations throughout Mexico)

·        Precision Pest Control (Amarillo, Texas)

·        Professional Pest Solutions (Five locations across Central and Northern Florida)

·        Rid Exterminating (Dallas)
