COLUMBIA, S.C. – Terminix Service recently recognizes two company service leaders, Mark Smith, with the 2020 Service Leader of the Year Award and Renee Tucker, with the 2020 Customer Care Specialist of the Year Award.
Both award winners are based on the individual nomination from branch managers, selection as the Region winner from a committee of regional staff, and a corporate office committee taking all information and nominations into account to determine a company winner.
“Service is the backbone of our business—it’s literally part of our name—and we’re grateful to have so many people excelling in providing the highest level of service to our customers,” said Lex Knox, CEO. “I am delighted to recognize all the regional winners, and especially the company winners who set the highest example for others.”
The Service Leader of the Year Award is given each year in recognition of a person who represents the ideals of the Terminix Mission Statement and who goes above and beyond in delivering quality service and demonstrates leadership in serving our customers, coworkers, and the community.
Similarly, the Customer Care Specialist of the Year Award is given in recognition of a Customer Care Specialist who represents the ideals of our Mission Statement goes above and beyond in delivering quality customer service, and enhances the success of their branch.
