Terminix to Open in Atlanta Suburb

Terminix will open a new 15,700-square-foot sales center in Norcross, Ga. The command center will be the largest of its kind for Terminix in the United States.

MEMPHIS — Terminix will open a new sales center in Norcross, Ga., on March 19, bringing 200 new jobs to the area.

The new 15,700 square-foot facility is estimated to have an economic impact of approximately $7 million. The command center will be the largest of its kind for Terminix in the United States.

“We looked at sites across the country, and it was abundantly clear that Georgia was the best fit for us,” said Bill Sublette, vice president of sales for Terminix. “The area’s large, well-trained workforce coupled with the superior infrastructure and support of the community made this an easy decision for us.”

The call center will provide an average compensation package worth nearly $40,000 and will employ associates with a variety of educational and professional backgrounds.

Interviews are currently being conducted and are estimated to be completed by the end of May.

“The Department of Economic Development, Georgia’s Quick Start and the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce were instrumental in bringing our operations to the Atlanta area,” said Sublette. “This move would not have been possible without their support, and we are looking forward to being an active member in our new community.”

Terminix employs 12,000 associates across 450 service centers and serves more than 2 million customers in 45 states.
