GREENSBORO, N.C. — Terminix of the Triad in North Carolina is proud to announce their purchase of a property at 1703 E. Wendover Ave in Greensboro, N.C., to house their corporate headquarters, training center, and operations for their local Greensboro residential branch and the commercial branch that services the Piedmont Triad.
Terminix-Triad was represented by Robin Tyler and Beau McIntosh of the local NAI Piedmont Triad in the purchase of the 41,650 SF building from Pennsylvania Mutual Casualty Insurance Co., headquartered in Harrisburg, Pa., which has owned the building since 1981.
The building was built in 1967 and most recently renovated in 2001. Terminix-Triad plans to renovate the property to meet their corporate and customer service needs, with plans to relocate to the new office later this year. Burns Blackwell, president and CEO of Terminix Triad, says “this move helps us align our business with our continued growth plans and reiterates our commitment to the local communities that we serve. We’re proud to call Greensboro home.”
