ATLANTA – Atlanta-based Arrow Exterminators announced that CEO Emily Thomas Kendrick has been named president of the National Pest Management Association (NPMA) during the organization’s annual PestWorld event, held in October in Orlando, Fla.
The event began with the formal passing of leadership from Faye Golden, NPMA’s 2024–2025 president, to Kendrick, marking a new chapter of leadership within the pest management industry. As she took the podium, Kendrick expressed appreciation for Golden’s service, leadership and friendship.

Kendrick also extended gratitude to her Arrow family, board of directors and her parents, sister, husband and family for their support throughout her career.
