PROVO, Utah – Moxie Pest Control, a provider in pest control solutions, lawn care and insulation services, announced that select Joshua’s Pest Control locations are rebranding as Moxie Pest Control. The Joshua’s Pest Control locations in Minneapolis, Minn., St. Louis, Mo., and Chicago, Ill., have changed their name to Moxie Pest Control and joined more than 40 Moxie Pest Control offices across the U.S.

Since its founding in 2006, Joshua’s has always been part of the Moxie Services organization and under the same ownership. The company has been operating under different brand names, depending on the region in which it operates.

“We’re excited about this change. This rebrand enables us to provide better company transparency, clear brand unity, and enhanced customer support,” said Daniel Headrick, COO at Moxie Pest Control. “You’ll experience the same friendly service, unparalleled expertise, and incredible value. Very little will change day-to-day, besides some cosmetic brand updates.”

According to Headrick, customers in the affected areas can expect to see a variety of brand updates over the next 90 days, including a refresh to technician uniforms and vehicles.

“While our look is evolving, we’ll continue to provide the same exceptional service our customers know and trust," he said.

Jason Walton opened the first Moxie Pest Control location in Dallas, Texas, out of his garage and quickly expanded to Austin, Houston, San Antonio, and Atlanta. Rather than selling franchises, Walton handpicks top-performing employees to start and run local Moxie Pest Control branches.

“Without taking on outside investors, we’ve now built Moxie to be one of the largest pest control companies in the United States,” said founder Jason Walton. “I think of my business partners as family. I like to think that I’m making the world a better place not just because of pest control, but because I get to interact with, train, and mentor all these wonderful people.”
