Thumbtack has released research that found residents of Phoenix, Kansas City, and several Texas cities are the most bug-ridden in the U.S., requesting the highest proportion of bug- and pest-removal per capita.

For this analysis, researchers reviewed requests on Thumbtack for pest-removal services -- such as pest control, bed bug extermination, outdoor pesticide application, and termite and pest inspection -- in 159 of the largest metro areas in the U.S.
