HIGH POINT, N.C. — To assist companies in their quest for improved marketing results, TMMG has introduced a novel program called MPO. This program was developed in conjunction with Preston International Corp., Jacksonville, Fla.
The MPO, or Marketing Performance Optimization, program focuses on the personnel responsible for the company’s marketing function. TMMG used more than 30 years of marketing expertise to develop the 12-month program. Using unique methodology and assessments, participants develop an individual action plan geared at enhancing marketing skills.
MPO addresses dimensions that traditional marketing and strategic planning or creative design services do not.
“The benefit of this program is the optimization of the marketing function by improving the individual skill sets of the responsible party,” said Randy Moser, TMMG president. “This program concentrates on the critical dimensions necessary to optimize the day to day marketing function.”
The methodology identifies which marketing dimensions/skill set could be enhanced and an action plan is developed to optimize that dimension.
“MPO benefits the individual marketer as well as the company,” said Jane MacMillan, president of Preston International Corp. “This is a realistic and practical approach which addresses the marketing function components required of an in-house marketing person. The outcome actually compliments the planning and creative processes since the company provides better input into these processes.”
