ANAHEIM, Calif. — At Western Exterminator Company's annual Shareholders' meeting held on March 31, 2008, Tom Anderson was unanimously elected as the new chairman of the board. Anderson, who has been the chief operating officer (COO) of Western since Jan. 1, 2008, immediately assumed the additional role of chairman of the board.
