Brackett joined Terminix in 1992. He served as branch manager, regional sales manager, region manager, and division vice president prior to his promotion to Chief Operating Officer of Terminix. Tom received a BA in Political Science from Florida International University in 1988 and an MA in Management from Webster University in 1991. He is also a graduate of the Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School.
