PHILADELPHIA – FMC Professional Solutions announced it has received registration from the State of New York approving Transport® GHP insecticide for indoor, non-food use.
Transport GHP is a broad label non-repellent product formulated for the treatment of a wide range of general pests, such as ants, cockroaches, springtails, earwigs and over thirty other tough indoor and outdoor pests.
“The indoor use registration for Transport GHP, which has begun to be the leading outdoor non-repellent throughout the state of New York, will give pest management professionals the opportunity to use this proven solution in any non-food setting,” said Ryan Weber, pest product manager, FMC Professional Solutions.
The new indoor use label allows Transport GHP to be applied as a spot, crack & crevice, pinstream, coarse or low pressure spray, making it ideal for general pests such as ants, centipedes, cockroaches, spiders, roaches, fleas, ticks, flies and silverfish. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) approved Transport GHP for indoor use in late December, 2008.
Transport GHP is designed to penetrate deep within ant colonies via transfer from one ant to another. With this optimized transfer effect, Transport GHP works fast to achieve complete colony knockdown.
Available in convenient 0.3-ounce water soluble bags, Transport GHP is designed to help minimize measuring and pouring errors. This form of dose packaging also works to reduce technician exposure to chemicals. Plus, the low dose technology makes it a more environmentally-responsible option.
