Triangle Pest Control Makes an Acquisition

RALEIGH, N.C. — Triangle Pest Control, Raleigh, N.C., acquired Regional Pest Services, a pest control company based out of Hillsborough, N.C. earlier this month. The transaction was an investment made by Triangle Pest Control to expand their same-day services to more residents in the Durham/Hillsborough area. 

 

With this acquisition, in addition to the recent expansion into South Carolina and growth in Charlotte, Triangle Pest Control now has 3 branches. This pest control company serves the greater Triangle area, Mecklenburg county, and the northern region of South Carolina. 

 

Donnie Shelton, owner of Triangle Pest Control, decided to team up with Regional Pest Services after meeting the owners, Steve and Emily Scott. Regional Pest already has a trusted name in Hillsborough and the acquisition was seen as a growth opportunity and natural fit for Triangle Pest Control. Steve has now joined the Triangle Pest Control team and looks forward to growing with the company.

 

Triangle Pest Control plans to operate Regional Pest Services under the same name for a little more than a month, but will retain the employees through the transition. In May, the Regional Pest Services website will redirect to trianglepest.com. 

 

In addition to growing Triangle Pest Control’s local reach, the acquisition will also benefit existing Regional Pest Services’ customers.
