TUCSON, Ariz. – Truly Nolen Pest Control recently announced the promotion of Mike Nickerson to Sales Development Manager, Western Region. His office will be based at the company’s Leadership & Training Center in Tucson (434 S. Williams Avenue) with a focus on the Arizona and California service offices.
Nickerson has been with Truly Nolen since 2006 and was most recently the Sales Trainer for Metro Tucson, Yuma, and Lake Havasu, Ariz. He was also previously the service office manager of the flagship Tucson service office. Prior to joining the company, he spent three years in the retail industry as a salesman for Southwest Contractor Supplies in Tucson.
Nickerson’s sales background and proven training skills within the company has him ready for the next challenge. “I enjoy watching our sales teams across our company’s western region develop and grow,” said Nickerson. “It is a pleasure being surrounded by such great talent and I love helping our team work towards the same goal.”
“Through his hard work and dedication to developing salespeople, working on sales plans with managers, and helping develop some of our new sales structures for the company, Mike has been a driving force for a long time,” said Justin Bellet, Vice President of Operations. “We know he will continue to help our sales team members throughout Arizona and California reach their full potential.”
