Truly Nolen
TUCSON, Ariz. – Truly Nolen Pest Control announced the promotion of James Adams to area manager for Phoenix, Prescott and Flagstaff. He will also remain manager of and based at the company’s Chandler, Ariz. service office.
Adams joined Truly Nolen in May 2011 as a manager-in-training and has managed several Phoenix-area service offices since 2012, including Chandler, where he has been since February 2018. Prior to joining Truly Nolen, Adams worked in management for Sony as part of a 14-year tenure in retail management. He attended the University of Arizona where he studied biology.
“I'm most excited for the opportunity to help a much larger group of partners achieve their personal and professional goals,” said Adams. “My favorite thing about Truly Nolen is the work environment; our company is a great place to work, and I believe the leadership team does an outstanding job of making sure employees working a very physically demanding job feel valued and appreciated.”
Some of Adams’ new responsibilities include district authority overseeing his service office as well as the company’s service offices in Phoenix, Tempe, Sun City, Mesa, North Valley, Prescott and Flagstaff.
“James has shown time and time again over the last decade that he is a great team player and has always been quick to support other Phoenix-area service offices with his knowledge of our industry,” said Justin Bellet, chief operating officer, Truly Nolen. “He was the perfect person for this new expanded role in his area, and we are excited for James’ future and continued career path with our company.”
