“We are excited to welcome Hawkeye’s customers to our Truly Nolen family,” said Scarlett Nolen, president, Truly Nolen. “Their company has provided terrific commercial and residential pest control service for two decades, and we believe their level of customer service excellence is a perfect strategic fit for our company. This allows us to service even more commercial and residential customers throughout metro Tampa Bay, which is one of our largest service areas in Florida.”
Obie and Lisa Munoz, owners of Hawkeye Pest Control, explained why they decided to sell their company. “Lisa and I have enjoyed building a highly reputable business providing excellent service to our customers since 2001 but have decided it was time to move on to the next exciting chapter in our lives,” said Obie Munoz. “We look forward to the Truly Nolen team continuing to provide the great service and high standards our customers have come to expect.”
Greg Weatherly, acquisitions director of Truly Nolen, said, “Hawkeye is our third acquisition this year and we thank Obie and Lisa Munoz for allowing us the opportunity to continue providing their commercial and residential customers with the high level of customer service they have come to expect. All three of our recent acquisitions have allowed us to expand our presence in Naples, Tucson, and now metro Tampa Bay, and we will continue to investigate adding new markets throughout 2021 as well.”
