TUCSON, Ariz. – Truly Nolen Pest Control recently announced the promotion of Laura Agostino to manager of the company’s brand-new Miami Beach service office at 300 NE 75th Street, #103, Miami.
Agostino joined the company in November 2018 and was most recently a manager-in-training. Prior to joining Truly Nolen, Agostino spent 15 years as director of operations for MSA Engineering Consultants. In addition, she has a degree in business management from ITT.
Some of Agostino’s new responsibilities will include helping the new service office gain visibility within the local Miami Beach community as well as instilling the company’s core values throughout his team. “I am really enjoying the camaraderie with my team and everyone throughout our company,” said Agostino. “I look forward to growing my service office, developing my team, and watching their excitement when we meet our goals.”
“Laura’s management and operations experience prior to joining our team and then excelling at everything during her pest control training made her an easy choice to lead our new Miami Beach service office,” said Rafael Masferrer, district manager, South Florida. “I am proud to have her as a member of my team and look forward to watching her continued growth.”
