Truly Nolen Announces Two Employee Promotions

TUCSON, Ariz. – Truly Nolen Pest Control recently announced the promotion of Dan Rhodes to people development division support specialist, and Jesse Gouchie to operations manager of the company’s East Tucson, Ariz., service office.

Rhodes joined Truly Nolen in March 2014 as a swing technician, primarily focusing on termite and rodent work. He subsequently helped multiple positions over the past 11 years, including becoming a resource specialist in 2020 where he was able to impact all of the services the company provides. Prior to joining the company, Rhodes worked in the automotive industry for eight years.

Some of Rhodes’ new responsibilities will include helping the people development division on the administrative side, continuing to develop team members in the field, continuing to teach many of the company’s Basic and Advanced training classes, and adding Pathway to Leadership programming to his array of teaching.

“I am most excited about the opportunity to help teach and train all of our partners across the country and help guide them on their way to being successful,” said Rhodes. “My favorite thing about working for Truly Nolen is knowing we create new positions all the time so I never feel like I have to settle into any one particular role and stay motivated learning all aspects of the business as I never know where I might end up with the company in the future.”

Gouchie joined Truly Nolen in January 2024 as a manager-in-training. Prior to joining the company, he spent 18 years with Walmart in Tucson, Sierra Vista, Safford, and Gilbert, including 16 years in management.

Some of Gouchie’s new responsibilities will include helping the service office continue to maintain visibility with the local East Tucson community as well as instilling the company’s core values throughout his team.
