Truly Nolen Pest Control Promotes Davol

 

Davol joined Truly Nolen less than a year ago as a manager-in-training. Prior to joining the company, he spent 12 years in the pest control industry with Pest USA in several different roles, including branch manager in Gainesville, Ga., and the company’s wildlife division that stretched into South Carolina and North Carolina. In addition, he holds a business degree from Colorado Technical University.

 

Some of Davol’s new responsibilities will include helping the service office gain more visibility with the local Bonita Springs community as well as instilling the company’s core values throughout his team. “I feel honored to have the opportunity to lead a team that has worked together for a long time,” said Davol. “The culture of our company makes work enjoyable and gives me motivation and drive to better myself as an individual each and every day.”
