Truly Nolen’s Mike Duncan, who has been in the pest control industry 23 years, recently became an Associate Certified Entomologist (ACE).
“There’s no glass ceiling with Truly Nolen,” said Duncan. “You are given opportunities to advance and apply yourself, something you don’t always receive anywhere else. I’m excited and thankful that I’ve been able to achieve this milestone in my career.”
The Associate Certified Entomologist program is offered by ESA to those training and working in the professional pest management field and must pass a demanding examination process. To qualify, entrants must have at least seven years of experience and adhere to the ACE Code of Ethics in keeping the high standards of effective service to humanity. Being devoted to his work and Truly Nolen, Mike sought his certification after obtaining all of the mandated certifications to work in the industry.
“The team is grateful we have someone like Mike always reaching for new levels,” said Truly Nolen Vice President of Operations Justin Bellet. “Mike truly cares about Truly Nolen as a company and family. With his new credential we’re continuing to build the brand’s character as a people company that really knows its business.”
