TUCSON, Ariz. – Truly Nolen Pest Control recently announced the promotion of Mark Hicks to manager of the company’s Broward and Palm Beach County commercial service office at 876 NW 12 Avenue, 2nd Floor, Pompano Beach. His territory includes West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood, Fla.
Hicks joined Truly Nolen in August 2016 as a Manager-in-Training. Prior to joining the company, he was with Karcher North America, the world’s largest manufacture of floor care equipment, as the regional service manager for Florida and the Caribbean. Hicks is a graduate of Athens State College.
Some of Hicks’ new responsibilities will include helping the service office gain more visibility with the local Broward County commercial community as well as instilling the company’s core values throughout his team. “I enjoy a challenge and find it very refreshing and satisfying to work for a family-owned company which has stood the test of time,” said Hicks. “I am excited about my division’s prospects and believe the sky is the limit this year.”
“Mark’s management history working in a commercial sales environment combined with his drive for success makes him the perfect addition to our team,” said Jim Pitt, Commercial District Manager, Florida. “I look forward to seeing his service office’s growth over the next few years.”
