Truly Nolen promotes Scott Martin to Anaheim Branch Manager

Martin has been with Truly Nolen for three years.

ANAHEIM, Calif. – After three years with the company, Scott Martin was recently promoted to Anaheim branch manager at Truly Nolen. Martin will now have the opportunity to develop new relationships, see through challenges, establish branch awareness in the Orange County area and distress the lives of citizens within the community who face pest problems.

“Scott is a vital member of the Truly Nolen team and we look forward to his continued success and contributions to our company,” said Chris Waite, district manager. “Over the past couple of years, Scott has led the way in innovation and has really set the tone for the California District.”

Martin has received many awards throughout his time with Truly Nolen, including: 2013 Top Growth Branch company-wide, 2013 Top Sales to Quota Branch company-wide, 2013 Top Net Gain Branch company-wide and 2014 Top Net Gain Branch in California.

Despite his notable efforts in the industry, Martin did not grow up with an innate love for bugs or rodents, and never considered pest control his calling. However, he commits to leading individuals toward a common goal, and in turn has grown to like the bug and rodent aspect of the job as it offers him new challenges to resolve on a daily basis.

“I have learned to be a more effective leader by understanding what leadership truly means,” said Martin, “I have been blessed with amazing mentors to work with, who have influenced my work ethic and have helped me grow into a better manager and a better person as a whole.”

Often commended on his competitive, determined, humble and thankful approach to business, Martin has gained a reputable name among colleagues and the community, which he looks forward to carrying out further as the Truly Nolen of Anaheim branch manager.
