Some of McFarland’s new responsibilities will include helping the service office gain more visibility with the local Marco Island community as well as instilling the company’s core values throughout her team. “I am most excited about the opportunity to step into the leadership role and to help facilitate and build a successful team in Marco Island,” said McFarland. “My favorite thing about working for the company is the feeling of family I have each and every day.”
“Jason’s extensive operations, customer service, and sales experience in the pest control industry combined with his attention to detail and belief in our core values make me happy he is part of our team,” said Dave Scott, district manager, Southwest Florida. “He is a welcome addition to our Marco Island service office.”
