TUCSON, Ariz. – Truly Nolen of America announced the promotion of Michelle Nolen Senner to director of marketing, effective April 1, 2009.
In her new role, Senner’s key responsibilities will include managing budget and contracts, vendor relations, reviewing and approving material for the company’s various media including print and billboard and continuous development of the award-winning Truly Nolen website and other online environments.
In her previous role as director of special projects, Senner was part of the team that replaced the company’s existing customer management software. Most recently, she has been working on the integration of hand-held devices for field personnel and developing online account access for customers. She also managed the CSR training program and all state trainers.
Senner earned her Masters of Business Administration from the University of Arizona in 2001, after which she began her career with Truly Nolen.
“Michelle brings a wealth of knowledge to her new position,” said Arnold M. Kaplan, Executive Vice President. “In addition, she fully understands the social media aspects that are part of our brand as she is an active supporter of our company’s Truly Nolen Mousecar Facebook page and @TrulyNolen Twitter account.”
