TUCSON, Ariz. — Truly Nolen Pest Control announced the promotion of Tom Lancaster to manager of the company’s Lakeland (Fla.) service office, located at 2320 E. Edgewood Drive.
Lancaster began working for Truly Nolen in May 2017 as a manager-in-training. Prior to joining Truly Nolen, he was the director of operations for nine years for Continental Carbonic Products, a dry ice company in the hospitality industry.
“Tom’s management experience and ability to immerse himself quickly into our industry made him the perfect person for our Lakeland service office, and I am happy he is a member of our team,” said Tim Phillips, district manager, Central Florida. “He has shown a high drive for doing what is right for the customer and has gone anywhere and done anything asked of him without hesitation.”
Some of Lancaster’s new responsibilities will include helping the service office gain more visibility with the local Lakeland community as well as instilling the company’s core values throughout his team. “I look forward to growing our business at our new office location in Lakeland,” said Lancaster.
