TUCSON, Ariz. — Truly Nolen Pest Control announced the promotion of Lynda Tuck and Corby Stewart to assistant management positions.
Tuck was promoted to assistant manager of the company’s Western Administrative Center. Her office will remain based out of the company’s corporate headquarters in Tucson.
The company said Tuck joined Truly Nolen in 2018 as an accounts receivable CSR handling declined credit card calls. Prior to joining the company, Tuck was a preschool/kindergarten teacher for over 20 years in California and also taught and tutored English at a community college in Arizona. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English composition and early childhood education from Northern Arizona University.
“I am excited about helping develop our team members to achieve their professional goals, and improve processes within our area to enhance productivity,” Tuck said. “My favorite thing about working for Truly Nolen is the relationships that I have forged and the connections I have made along the way, as well as those to come. I love people and interacting with customers both internal and external.”
Some of Tuck’s new responsibilities will include assisting with the Western Administrative Center providing customer service to the region’s service offices as well as data entry and collections functions.
Stewart was promoted to assistant manager of the company’s Eastern Administrative Center. Her office will remain based out of the company’s East Coast Operations Headquarters in Orlando, Fla.
The company said Stewart joined Truly Nolen in January 2016 as a data entry CSR, becoming one of the key parts of what eventually became the EAC. Prior to joining the company, Stewart spent 10 years in the food and beverage industry, where she worked as an administrative assistant for a local Budweiser distributor and Dolly Parton's Dixie Stampede. She graduated from Kaplan University with a degree in legal studies.
“I am most excited about watching the admin center’s continued growth as well as the growth of our CSR’s,” Stewart said. “My favorite thing about working for Truly Nolen is the team that I have the pleasure of working with on a daily basis; we are a tight knit group and more of a work family and I cannot imagine working with anyone else.”
