TUCSON, Ariz. — Truly Nolen Pest Control recently announced the promotion of Shon Hodges to manager of the company’s Sierra Vista (Ariz.) service office at 200-A Myer Drive.
Some of Hodges’ new responsibilities will include helping the service office continue to maintain visibility with the local Sierra Vista community, as well as instilling the company’s core values throughout his team. “I am excited about working with my team and becoming a mentor to them,” said Hodges. “It is a great feeling to be in an environment where everyone is so willing to help you out to see you succeed.”
Hodges joined the company in July 2017 and was most recently a manager-in-training. Prior to joining Truly Nolen, Hodges was in the consumer electronics industry for almost 20 years, with 17 of those years as a store manager and district manager for Radio Shack. He attended Cochise College in Sierra Vista.
“Shon’s two decades of management experience and dedication and drive to help develop his team made this an easy choice for me,” said Desi Rodriguez, Truly Nolen district manager, Tucson and southern Arizona. “We are fortunate to have him as the manager of our Sierra Vista team.”
