Truly Nolen Promotes Barberena to Manager

MORENO VALLEY, Calif. – Truly Nolen Pest Control announced the promotion of Luis Barberena to manager of the Moreno Valley service office.

Barberena joined Truly Nolen in 2022 as a manager-in-training (MIT). He earned a degree in business management from the University of Southern California and had spent six years in the pest control industry prior to joining Truly Nolen.

“I am extremely excited to be a servant leader and to support this team,” said Barberena. “My favorite thing about working for Truly Nolen is the camaraderie with my team as well as solving our customers’ pest control problems.”

California Area Manager John Heffke said he is glad that Barberena is a member of his team.

“Luis’ previous experience in our industry as well as the terrific job he did as an MIT made him an easy choice for his new position,” said Heffke. “He has shown a strong ability to lead.”
