TUCSON, Ariz. – Truly Nolen Pest Control announced that Miguel Guevara has been promoted to manager of the company's Central Miami service office, while Ian Donnelly moves to help desk team lead for the company’s IT department.
Guevara joined the company in 2018 as a service coordinator and entered the Manager-In-Training program in 2022. Prior to joining Truly Nolen, Guevara spent three years as a store manager for FedEx. In addition, he proudly served in the United States Marines for four years.
Some of Guevara’s new responsibilities will include helping the service office become more involved with the local Central Miami community as well as instilling the company’s core values throughout his team.
“I am really looking forward to assisting others and watching as our Central Miami team grows and develops,” said Guevara. “My favorite thing about working for Truly Nolen is knowing there is a team behind me to help me succeed.”
“Miguel exceeded every challenge that was set before him during his MIT training and is a great representative of our company and our culture,” said David Batista, area manager, Miami-Dade and Monroe Counties. “His terrific leadership skills and passion for pest control made him an easy choice for his new role and I look forward to his continued success and growth.”
Donnelly joined the company in November 2020 and has eight years of IT experience. He started as a help desk specialist, and in his new role, he will be in charge of all network infrastructure pieces as well as the Help Desk team.
Prior to joining Truly Nolen, Donnelly worked for Lively (formerly Jitterbug) providing tier two technical support as well as business-to-business support for assisted living facilities, managed care, and skilled nursing.
“I am very excited to continue to grow with the company, and to learn as much as I can while making positive changes that will benefit not only my direct team members but also the company as a whole,” said Donnelly. “My favorite thing about working for our company is the people, because I cannot imagine a better group of individuals that I’m surrounded with and communicate with all over the country.”
“Ian has done a terrific job as an ambassador for our brand and culture and excelled in his previous role with our company,” said George Lawlor, IT director. “His efficiency in solving problems and ability to communicate complex situations with others made him an easy choice for this promotion. I look forward to his continued success.”
