TUCSON, Ariz. – Truly Nolen Pest Control recently announced the promotion of Emily Gannon to training department administrator. She will remain based at the company’s Tucson headquarters.
Gannon joined Truly Nolen in 2018 as a phone agent with the company’s Customer Care Center. She most recently worked as an administrative assistant for the Western Admin Center.
Some of Gannon’s new responsibilities include coordinating the Training Department’s in-house, continuing education classes with materials and travel details, overseeing the company’s pin program which honors longevity and special achievements, and taking on Arizona Pest Management Division registrations and licensing.
“I am most excited to be taking on more responsibility along with helping our employees with anything related to training,” said Gannon. “My favorite thing about Truly Nolen is that our work environment is unique and collaborative and I am excited that there is so much opportunity and room to grow.”
Scott Svenheim, national training manager, Truly Nolen, added, “Emily was terrific in her two previous roles with our company and they both make her well-suited for her new position. We wish her much success in her new role.
